Regular Expressions 101

I'm new to regular expressions and I've been searching high and low for this really simple date conversion from YYMMDD to DD/MM/YY e.g. 140923 to 23/09/14. Maybe I just didn't search hard enough, but here goes: Search/original string: (\d{4})(\d{2})(\d{2}) ...

Matches european dates (DD.MM.YYYY[ HH:MM:SS]) and MS-SQL Timestamp ({ts 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS'})

Email clients insert the "sender wrote" line to email replies.

Regex for date for example in saved reports (01m-1y) beginning of last month Format -> dmy

This REGEX could be used to validate a PHP DateInterval specification.

Substitutes a group of dates by its information and captures the date information. Also allows fooled dates. (2015-02-30, 2015-03-32 for example)

Works for the Julian calendar, dates between 0000-01-01 and 9999-12-31. Includes my birth date in the 4th example.

Match a slovak date following the "dd. mmmm yyy" format.

Parse a bulgarian date following the "dd mmmm yyyy" format.

Parses date-time duration strings +-1y2M3d4h5m6s, where 'm' is the dafault. Like this, where {} contains list of capturing groups: 21 - parsed as {,,,,21,} 2y2s - parsed as {2,,,,,2}

This is for the windows application LogExpert with the RegexColumnizer extension. This will split log entries into columns ( Date | Time | LogLvl | LogMsg )
