(?m)applies the following effective flags to the remainder of the pattern: gm

m modifier: multiline. Causes ^ and $ to match the start and end of each line, not only the start and end of the string

Character Class[A-Z]+

+matches at least one character from the set below:

A-Zone character from A (65₁₀) to Z (90₁₀) (case sensitive)

\r?optionally matches a carriage return (ASCII 13)

\na line-feed (newline) character (ASCII 10)

\S+any character that is not Unicode whitespace, repeated at least once

\s+a Unicode whitespace character, repeated at least once

Group 1(\d+)

\d+a Unicode decimal digit, repeated at least once

+repeats the group contents below at least once:
