(?m)applies the following effective flags to the remainder of the pattern: gm

m modifier: multiline. Causes ^ and $ to match the start and end of each line, not only the start and end of the string

Positive Lookbehind(?<=^.{50})

^start of line

.{50}any Unicode character (except for line terminators), repeated exactly 50 times

\r?optionally matches a carriage return (ASCII 13)

\na line-feed (newline) character (ASCII 10)

Global pattern flags

g modifier: global. Finds all matches instead of stopping after the first

m modifier: multiline. Causes ^ and $ to match the start and end of each line, not only the start and end of the string
